Description

The Tama HC83BW Roadpro is a boom cymbal stand built for solid, repeatable support — from a light splash up to a heavy ride cymbal. It's Tama's workhorse stand: double-braced, convertible, and sized for both modest kits and big setups.

The toothless Quick-Set Tilter is the standout feature. Instead of the usual toothed gear, six smooth metal disc plates hold your chosen position by friction. That means infinite angle adjustment and fewer worn teeth over time.

The Quick-Set Cymbal Mate speeds up cymbal changes with a push-button release, handy for quick swaps between rehearsal, recording and gig kits.
When stage space is tight, the 450 mm boom arm tucks inside the upper tube, turning the stand straight in seconds.

A wide tripod with double-braced legs and 28.6 mm base tubing keeps everything planted, even under heavy ride cymbals or outdoor playing.

A good main stand for working drummers, and a reliable choice for hybrid or electronic kit owners mounting trigger cymbals or acoustic crashes alongside pads.
