Product Specifications

Description

The Roland CY-14R-T is a 14-inch thin V-Cymbal with bow, bell and edge trigger zones, for use as a compact ride or a crash. It works with all Roland V-Drums modules and is the second crash in Roland's VAD316 and the first crash in the VAD516.

Its thin profile gives an even response, better stick feel and a natural swinging motion compared with earlier V-Cymbal generations. Grabbing the edge chokes the cymbal like an acoustic one, and the textured surface keeps an acoustic look on stage.

Two stereo cables connect the BELL output and the BOW/EDGE output. On modules that support three-way triggering, this gives independent bell, bow and edge sounds. The cymbal nut, felt washer and stopper for mounting are included. It measures 356 mm across and weighs 1.2 kg.
