Description

The Tama HED3R is a 3-piece Iron Cobra 200 hardware pack that pairs a single bass drum pedal, a hi-hat stand and a drum throne in one bundle — a practical way to complete an electronic or acoustic drum kit in a single purchase. Tama builds the pack around its Iron Cobra 200 series, combining the HP200P pedal, the HH205S hi-hat stand and the HT230 1st Chair round-seat throne.

The HP200P uses the same Power Glide cam shape as the flagship Iron Cobra 900, giving a smooth, fast response with adjustable spring tension and beater angle. The HH205S hi-hat stand features direct-pull action, single-braced legs and a Swivel Foot that lets you rotate the tripod base to fit around a bass drum pedal or e-kit rack. The HT230 throne is double-braced and uses Tama's 1st Chair threaded-rod height adjustment for a stable, repeatable seat height.

Is the HED3R suitable for an electronic drum kit? Yes — most e-kits ship without a kick pedal, hi-hat stand or throne, and the HED3R covers all three in one order. It also fits acoustic drummers building a first serious hardware set or looking for reliable backup gear on the road.
