Product Specifications

Description

The Roland TM-6 PRO is a professional trigger module that adds sampled and V-Drums sounds to an acoustic kit for stage and studio use. It offers six trigger inputs, 100 kit memories, 500 preloaded one-shot samples and 268 V-Drums instruments.

Eighty of the kits come ready to play. The module holds up to 1,000 user samples, including the 500 preloaded ones. You import them from SD card as WAV files at 44.1 kHz and 16 or 24 bit. Total sample time is 48 minutes in mono or 24 minutes in stereo. Each pad has its own EQ, transient and compressor, and a layer function combines sounds. With optional Y-cables the six TRS inputs accept up to 12 triggers or pads.

Four direct outputs work as four mono or two stereo channels next to the master outputs. The song player runs WAV or MP3 backing and click tracks from SD, with separate volume for song, click and headphones. Over USB the TM-6 PRO acts as an 8-in/8-out audio interface and trigger-to-MIDI converter.
