Description

The Boston MC-230 is a microphone cable from Boston's Black Jack series, wired with a female XLR3 connector on one end and a 6.3 mm mono jack plug on the other, for linking a microphone to a mixer, amplifier or audio interface with an unbalanced jack input.

The cable carries an unbalanced mono signal, so it's suited to mixers, PA systems and audio interfaces with 6.3 mm mono jack inputs rather than balanced TRS connections. The black outer jacket keeps it low-profile on stage or in a rack, and the XLR3 female end plugs straight into any standard dynamic or condenser microphone.

The MC-230 is available in 1, 2, 5 and 10 metre lengths, so you can pick the right run for a vocal mic on a short stand or a drum overhead routed across the stage. Boston's Black Jack series is built for straightforward, reliable connections in gigging and studio setups.
