Description

The EFNOTE Aura 72 is a five-piece electronic drum kit with full-size, acoustic-style shells plus a splash and an effect crash, built for drummers who want extra colour for fills and accents. It combines a 20″ × 15″ kick, a 14″ three-zone mesh-head snare, 8″ and 11″ rack toms and a 15″ floor tom with three-zone 14″ hi-hats, an 8″ splash, a 16″ crash, a 17″ effect crash and a 20″ ride.

Every Aura kit comes with EFNOTE's new-generation cymbal pads. Additional sensors spread sensitivity evenly across the playing surface to reduce hotspots, edges and cups respond more readily, and light strokes down to pianissimo still register. The pads are lighter, so they swing more like real cymbals, use tougher materials for better impact resistance and have a clean surface with no protruding parts. They also support EFNOTE's STAK Mount for stacking cymbals.

The Aura sound module plays multilayer acoustic samples through a touchscreen, and one USB-C cable sends eight separate audio channels plus MIDI to a Mac or Windows computer. Compared with the Aura 70, the Aura 72 adds the 8″ rack tom, 8″ splash and 17″ effect crash for quick accents on top of a full five-piece kit.
